Phil has spent over 30 years in European equities capital markets. He initially worked for 12 years as an equity salesman at UBS before joining Morgan Stanley at the turn of the Millenia. He was a Managing Director and ran sales in Europe managing teams of UK, European, US, Asian, Emerging Markets & Global salespeople. He moved to Exane BNP Paribas, becoming Co-Head of Sales Globally, and led the commercial negotiations with Hedge Funds & Institutional Clients post Mifid. During Covid he had a brief sojourn with BwB, a not for profit Investment Bank, providing institutional scale financing solutions for social and environmental projects around the world. In his last role he managed the UK, European & US sales teams at Stifel alongside Client Strategy.
