Paddy’s 25 years of experience in equity markets and broader finance began in the late 1990’s, after an 11 year career as a Barrister. Having started out as an Equity Sales Trader at Deutsche Bank, he enjoyed roles as Head of EMEA Sales Trading at Credit Suisse, Global Head of Equity Syndicate at HSBC and Head of EMEA Equities at JP Morgan. In recent years he has played both active and advisory roles in a series of ventures including the acquisition in 2019 of the UK Tote Group, and as Executive Chairman of Curation Corporation Ltd.
He is a co-founder of Synapse Health and has served on the boards of four schools and charities.
He received a degree in Law from the University of Bristol.
