Freddie Wooding

Freddie joined Ocean Wall in 2026 after six years in investment banking, most recently at Panmure Liberum where he worked on M&A and ECM transactions for clients ranging from FTSE 100 constituents to AIM growth companies. Freddie initially worked across a range of sectors before specialising in natural resources firms, completing multiple deals in the sector ranging from $50m equity raises to $3.7bn M&A transactions.
