Nadine Lewis-Hartley

Nadine holds a BSc degree in Economics & Finance from Cardiff University and has 5 years’ experience in the industry, having worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She spent the first two years on the Compliance and Operational Risk Graduate scheme following a successful internship in the FICC Compliance division, where she developed a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, operational risk, and controls. She later transitioned to the Capital Markets COO Team, covering both DCM and ECM, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. Nadine joins Ocean Wall as an Associate within the COO Office, ensuring smooth internal processes and scalable infrastructure as the business continues to grow.
