Nadine holds a BSc in Economics & Finance from Cardiff University and brings five years of industry experience, having previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She began her career on the Compliance and Operational Risk Graduate Scheme, where she developed a strong foundation in regulatory frameworks, operational risk management, and internal controls. She later transitioned to the Capital Markets COO team, supporting both DCM and ECM, and worked closely with senior stakeholders to deliver business support. Her responsibilities included coordinating key initiatives, preparing management presentations, managing deal pipelines, and providing analytical support.
At Ocean Wall, Nadine is an Associate within the COO Office, where she provides deal-related support across transactions, alongside involvement in commercial, legal, and compliance matters.
